Once payment is received we will ship normally within 1-2 business days. Combined postage discount available for multiple items purchased, please ask before payment and do not pay until you have finished bidding on all items. If express post is paid for, then we will post the same day or next business day. However please note some (remote) areas in Australia especially in WA/NT are not covered fully by the express post network and you may still experience delays due to this. Please note our postage includes packing and material costs. Where free standard shipping is offered, standard postage may not include tracking for small items or clothing under $20. It is your responsibility to pay for additional tracking at $3.50 or insurance $2.00 per article. Please use your judgement when choosing method of postage considering all factors. When an item is required urgently please choose express delivery for faster delivery.

International Customers - it is your duty to pay all customs fees or duties for items imported into your country. If the item is returned to us because you didn't accept, a penalty will apply for restocking if you request a refund.No refund after 90 days of the sale if contact has not been made. 

Delivery time:
Kindly allow up to 2 - 5 business days for your item to arrive for Metro areas and 5-7 business days for non-metro and regional areas (excludes public holidays). If after this time you have not received your item, kindly contact us to investigate. If tracking has been paid for, you may be updated or you can email us.

Payment

Please pay within 3 days of purchase. Allow up to 5 days if paying by bank transfer.

If you need more time to pay, please email us for a time extension. If no communication is received, we may start an unpaid item dispute on ebay. Please only bid if you are sure you want to purchase an item as bidding on ebay is binding agreement. Any questions, just ask! Please note postage charges for items over 500 gms to WA/NT may be higher and we reserve the right to collect any extra charges that we may incur in sending you an item. 

Terms of Sale

Please note we do not include tracking or insurance automatically for items under $20 - if you need this please choose ebay or parcel post / registered post or express post options. 

Ensure that you provide the correct address details. All international customers MUST provide a telephone number for customs documents.

While all care is taken, any errors or omissions in the item or listing details are unintentional. Occasionally we may run out of stock and our website might not be up-to-date, in this case we will contact you to offer you a replacement (similar) item or advise when stock will be available. A full refund will be offered if you wish to cancel. Cancellations can take up to 48 hours. 

If you buy an item and wish to cancel because your child mistakenly used your phone or internet, you are still obliged to complete the transaction. You will have to first pay for the item in full and we will then refund you the balance after deducting a cancellation fee (please note we are strict on this policy as it has been misused a lot) causing us a lot of time wastage. 

For products that involve batteries operation or warranty please contact the manufacturer for usage, instructions etc. If you need to return the item because it is dead upon arrival please let us know within 3 days.

RETURNS: ONLY return items after we have approved the reason for your return. Items to be returned within 14 or 30 days (may vary with each listing please check). Please ensure tags are still attached and in original package, should be resellable. If free postage is offered, return postage will be deducted for refunds. No returns on some jewellery items like navel belly rings, earrings etc due to hygiene reasons.

FEEDBACK: If negative feedback is left before we can resolve the matter, we will assume the matter is finalised. If you are happy and we have got everything right, please do take time to leave us feedback as it assures us you received the item and also 5 **** stars helps other ebay customers buy from us with confidence. We work very hard to ensure your order is delivered to you in time, however during the holiday period (Christmas/Easter /other peak periods etc) please do allow a few extra days due to postal delays.
