If after this time you have not received your item, kindly contact us to investigate. If tracking has been paid for, we will keep you updated. Please note our postage includes packing, packaging material costs and handling. Where free shipping is offered, there is no tracking included. It is your responsibility to pay for additional tracking at $3.50 or insurance $2.00 per article. If this is not paid for, we will not be able to track items or obtain refunds from Australia Post.
