The entire dress is made with with holographic sequins to give it a very sparkly look which is great for special events like halloween, book week etc. It's a strikingly beautiful costume with frilled lace edging to the bottom of the dress and cute puff sleeves.

This Dorothy Book Week Child costume is made of polyester, exclusive of the decorations.
