Please note our postage includes packing, packaging material costs and handling. Where free shipping is offered, there is no tracking included. It is your responsibility to pay for additional tracking at $3.50 or insurance $2.00 per article. If this is not paid for, we will not be able to track items or obtain refunds from Australia Post. • RETURNS: Faulty items need to be brought to our notice within 3 days of item being received by you. ONLY return items after we have approved the reason for your return.
