Once payment is received we will ship normally within 1-2 business days. Combined postage discount available for multiple items purchased, please ask before payment and do not pay until you have finished bidding on all items. If express post is paid for, then we will post the same day or next business day. Kindly allow up to 2 - 5 days for your item to arrive for Metro areas and 5-7 days for non-metro and regional areas. If after this time you have not received your item, kindly contact us to investigate. If tracking has been paid for, we will keep you updated. Please note our postage includes packing, packaging material costs and handling. Where free shipping is offered, there is no tracking included. It is your responsibility to pay for additional tracking at $3.50 or insurance $2.00 per article.
