Please note our postage includes packing, packaging material costs and handling. Where free shipping is offered, there is no tracking included. It is your responsibility to pay for additional tracking at $3.50 or insurance $2.00 per article. • RETURNS: Faulty items need to be brought to our notice within 3 days of item being received by you. ONLY return items after we have approved the reason for your return. Please ensure  tags are still attached and in original package, should be resellable.  If free postage is offered, return postage will be deducted for refunds.
